Summer 2012: "Summer in the City" – urban spirit, guaranteed feel-good factor! 

The Summer in the City campaign organised by the Luxembourg City Tourist Office celebrates 15 years! More than just a simple label, Summer in the City encourages participation in a campaign that creates a synergy between the organisers, tourists and the various institutions in the capital. A
platform that invigorates the city during the high season, from 21.6 until 15.9.2012, include residents and commuters and attract international visitors with a common purpose.
All Summer in the City events are the result of close and friendly collaboration between the various actors in the capital and various private and institutional partners.
Most of these events take place outdoors or in public space and are, with a few exceptions, free: open-air concerts, music festivals with international artists, theatre and street art, outdoor screenings, exhibitions, markets, folk festivals and tourist attractions.
