Every year, Luxembourg City Tourist Office (LCTO) organizes the “Printemps Musical” jazz and world music festival in Luxembourg city. The festivals hosts every year an innovative programme featuring the best of jazz and world music, blending prestigious world-famous stars with new faces worth discovering. In 2012, the festival will celebrate 30 years and fans can expect a great line up! The popular festival has established itself as a cultural evergreen and has become an essential institution in the Luxembourg festival calendar.

Thanks to co-productions with other cultural institutions, new synergies, networks and friendships have been created that allow the festival to attract high quality productions featuring excellent musicians. Every concert is promoted within the festival framework at specific concert venues – from the splendid new Philharmonie to the charged atmosphere of the Atelier, the Conservatoire de Musique or the Grand Théâre.

Above all trends, the festival stands for quality, opend-mindedness and mirrors the multicultural reality of Luxembourgish society. By organizing some of the largest cultural events in town, the LCTO actively enhances the attractiveness of Luxembourg and promotes it as a vibrant international destination.
